Our Story

Custom Valves’ specialists have 30+ years of history designing and producing a variety of pumps, valves, and sensors for industrial and medical equipment. We are physicists, engineers, and designers and we are knowledgeable in mechanics, electronics, chemistry, and manufacturing processes. 

As a small but mighty firm with great minds, we take a big picture approach to solving product issues, which allows us to quickly, mindfully, and efficiently take requirements from concept to production. We are skilled at ensuring that all aspects of our business relationships are optimized to achieve long term success.

Our Brand

Custom Valves GmbH & Co. is a premier designer and manufacturer of solenoid valves and associated devices. We have a proud German engineering heritage that allows us to achieve excellence in everything we do. We specialize in little known technologies that solve big problems for industrial and medical equipment applications.

Our History

Our founder, Raimond Walter, worked for Fresenius Medical Care for 22 years developing components for dialysis machines including valves, pumps, and sensors with a heavy emphasis on value analysis. Many of these components have been in production since 1997.

Today, the company employs many specialists, all with more than 20 years experience in their field including:

  • Parts designers
  • Tooling designers
  • Molded parts developers
  • CAD designers and CAM machining specialists
  • Computer-based designers for electromagnetic systems and actuators
  • Software and electronic designers
